On the grill: Sausage-Making for Tailgating SeasonSaturday, August 4* 3-4:30 pm Farmview Butcher Shop Ages 18 and up $40 includes instruction, hands-on experience and 2 lbs of sausage to take home. *Pre-Registration IS required Spend the afternoon with Farmview Butcher Glen Wellman and his team learning and using Farmview's step-by-step process of making sausage blends, working with different types of casings, cooking methods and more. The emphasis in this workshop will be on brats and other sausages well-suited to grilling, just in time for tailgating season! You will take home 2 lbs. of sausage after practicing the techniques of sausage-making in an intimate setting. Please note that this class will be held in the butcher area, which is kept at a very cold temperature. Please plan to dress in layers, including hat and thick socks. Space is limited, so register early to reserve your seats!*Farmview Schoolhouse classes often fill quickly; however, in the case of low enrollment, Schoolhouse events may be cancelled or rescheduled.
