Polish your crown women's conference
In today's society, in which we feel the need to be the prettiest, the best, the first, the 'everything' to all people, we begin to devalue ourselves, desire what others have and lose sight of what God has called us to be.
We begin to compare ourselves to other women. Sometimes the enemy will have us fixated on someone else's crown that we neglect the one that we're wearing. This conference was birthed from that very place. I compared myself to other women and I always felt like I came up short. One night I cried out to God because I was tired of feeling insecure and less than. I prayed and then I listened to God's response. I heard him clearly. God said "You don't know the battle behind the crown" meaning you don't know what that woman had to go through to get where she is at. You're just as good as the next woman. You just need to polish your crown.
As women, we've all been in a position in which we felt less than or not good enough, whether as wives, mothers, daughters, first ladies, pastors, entrepreneurs or students. Whatever your title is, on April 7, it doesn't matter. We will come together to polish our crowns and appreciate the women that God has called us to be..
Please join me on April 7 at the “Polish your crown” women’s conference. Reserve your seats at bit.ly/polishyourcrown
